On request from a customer for help with lost barcodes or lost GTIN Certificates, be able to regenerate their order.

When to re-generate an Order:

The most common use is for customers who purchased long ago and now the download link for their barcode images no longer works. In regenerating, you prompt WooCommerce to aut0-email the customer the barcode numbers, ZIP file of images plus GTIN certificate, and the link to optionally download the ZIP file.
