Create a Page from Dashboard > Pages (for instruction convenience let’s call it “Blog”) | Go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading… and on the Reading Settings page, near the top you’ll see a dropdown menu for “Posts page” – click this and set it as your new “Blog” page | Now, all the articles that you add in the Posts section will display on this page | At the bottom of the page, find the section “Customer name for blog entry” – content added here shows within the featured image used for the customer’s question and answer content – i.e. whatever you type here is what appears overlaid on the featured image | At right of the page, find the Featured Image section – click to “Set featured image”, then browse and set the image |
